TechStackIPO monitors company data across multiple pipelines with different refresh frequencies. The SEC EDGAR pipeline runs daily to catch new S-1 filings and IPO announcements. The Funding News Scan and IPO Calendar Scan run weekly to surface newly announced rounds and pricing updates. Company profiles are refreshed monthly with full data reviews including updated valuations, employee counts, and descriptions.
When a source experiences 3 or more consecutive failures, affected company records are flagged as degraded. This means the underlying data may be stale until the pipeline recovers. Degradation warnings appear on individual company pages so you always know the data quality of what you're viewing.
Manual curation by our research team runs continuously — corrections and new additions from our team are ingested on an ongoing basis regardless of pipeline status.
