Summary: These terms govern the advisory marketplace on TechStackIPO. TechStackIPO is not a party to any engagement between companies and advisory firms, and does not verify the credentials or track records of listed firms.
These Marketplace Terms govern the advisory marketplace feature of TechStackIPO ("the Marketplace"), which connects technology companies with advisory firms and independent advisors. The Marketplace is operated by Steeled Inc., a Delaware Corporation ("TechStackIPO," "we," "our," or "us").
By participating in the Marketplace — whether as a company seeking advisory services or as an advisory firm seeking to list — you agree to these Marketplace Terms in addition to the general Terms of Service.
TechStackIPO operates the Marketplace as an informational directory and connection platform only. We are not a placement agency, talent broker, investment bank, or advisory firm.
TechStackIPO is not a party to any engagement between a company and an advisory firm. Any engagement, contract, compensation arrangement, or relationship that results from a Marketplace connection is solely between the company and the advisory firm involved.
TechStackIPO does not verify credentials, track records, or representations made by listed firms. Advisory firms are solely responsible for the accuracy of their own profiles and credentials as presented on the Marketplace.
This includes but is not limited to:
Companies are responsible for independently verifying all credentials, qualifications, and representations before entering any engagement with a listed advisory firm.
By listing on the Marketplace, advisory firms agree to the following:
Listed firms acknowledge that their listing fee is a flat monthly fee unrelated to engagement outcomes. TechStackIPO does not charge success fees, placement fees, or any compensation contingent on whether a company engages with a listed firm.
Companies using the Marketplace to identify advisory partners agree to the following:
Once a connection is made through the Marketplace, TechStackIPO has no further role in the relationship between a company and an advisory firm. Specifically:
Dispute resolution between companies and advisory firms is between those parties — TechStackIPO is not involved. Any disputes arising from an advisory engagement, including disputes about fees, deliverables, performance, or conduct, are the exclusive responsibility of the parties to that engagement.
TechStackIPO will not arbitrate, mediate, or otherwise intervene in disputes between companies and advisory firms. If you believe a listed firm has violated applicable law or committed fraud, you should contact the appropriate regulatory authority.
Advisory firms pay a flat monthly listing fee to appear in the Marketplace. This fee:
TechStackIPO reserves the right to remove any listing at its sole discretion, including for violations of these Marketplace Terms, inaccurate information, or conduct that TechStackIPO determines is harmful to the platform or its users. Removal does not entitle a firm to a refund of listing fees already paid.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steeled Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from:
These Marketplace Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Marketplace Terms at any time. Continued use of the Marketplace after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
