Arm Holdings designs and licenses CPU architectures used in virtually every smartphone, most IoT devices, and increasingly in servers and AI accelerators. Arm's RISC-based instruction set architecture (ISA) is the foundation of Apple Silicon, Qualcomm Snapdragon, and thousands of custom chips. After years under SoftBank ownership (and a failed Nvidia acquisition), Arm re-listed on Nasdaq in 2023.
